Who We Are?
Kaine Investments is a local private lender located in the Highlandtown neighborhood of Baltimore City. We have been in the private lending business since late 2014, when Brooke Kaine recognized a need for private investment in the form of real estate acquisition and construction loans. His main goal was to allow talented, hard working investors the ability to buy their own real estate and scale their businesses without having large sums of liquidity themselves.
Over the past 4 years, the company has quadrupled the amount of loan origination, and now has 5 employees, including the owner, Brooke Kaine. Kaine Investments prides themselves on being a relationship lender. We strive to make the loan process quick and painless, being understanding and responsive is what we believe separates us from other lenders in the area.

Products
Fix and Flip
We offer a 6 month Fix and Flip Loan that Kaine Investments will fund up to 100% of acquisition and construction costs. First time loan applicants will need to pay for closing costs and a down payment.
Lending Requirements
• $40,000 in liquidity along with a minimum 700 credit score
• Lend up to 65% on the ARV of the property
• 12% and 3 points for 6 months with extensions available
• Loan approval within 24 hours
• Draw inspection and funding within 48 hours
Rental Loans
We offer a 6 month Fix and Flip Loan that Kaine Investments will fund up to 100% of acquisition and construction costs. First time loan applicants will need to pay for closing costs and down payment. We also have long term lending partners to help with the refinancing process.
